Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') apply to all engagements with CompraSegura for services, digital products, and physical items related to apartment purchase support. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Professional Services

We provide legal assistance in apartment purchase, including contract review, title checks, and representation before authorities.

Refund and Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: Clients may request a change of service date at least 7 days before the original appointment. We will offer an alternative date within 30 days.
• Refunds: A full refund is available if the request is submitted in writing at least 14 days before the appointment. A 50% credit is offered for requests made 7–13 days prior. No refunds or credits for cancellations within 6 days of the service, due to preparatory work and third-party fees.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products include guides, checklists, and templates to streamline apartment purchase procedures.

Return Policy

Due to immediate access upon download, digital products are non-returnable. If you encounter technical issues, we will provide a replacement file or equivalent digital content within 5 business days.

3. Physical Goods

Physical items such as branded folders, printed materials, and legal pads are available for order.

Return and swap

• Returns: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. After inspection, we will issue a full credit for the returned product.
• Defective Items: Defective or damaged goods reported within 10 days of receipt will be swap or credited at no cost.
• Shipping: Return shipments are at your expense unless the item is defective.
